Raised Deck Stair Rebuild and Restain

Deck Staining & Sealing 8 photos

This raised deck had worn down to bare gray wood in the traffic paths and the stair treads were past saving. We rebuilt the staircase with new pressure-treated treads, replaced the failed deck boards and rail caps, then finished the whole structure in a warm cedar and mahogany tone that made the yard usable again.

Vaulted Great Room Interior Repaint

Interior Painting 8 photos

A room-by-room repaint in a soft greige, carried all the way up to the peak of the vaulted great room ceiling. The kitchen, both baths, bedrooms and walk-in closet were cut in around the existing cabinets, granite and tile, with every ceiling, mantel and baseboard finished in clean white.

Farm Container and Pole Barn Repaint

Commercial Painting 6 photos

A working farm had 40-foot cargo containers doing duty as outbuilding walls, still wearing chalked factory paint and shipping-line stencils. We sprayed them barn red to match the pole barn's siding, so the containers and the metal building finally read as one clean structure under the same cream-white fascia.

Privacy Fence Rebuild and Stain

Fence Painting & Staining 5 photos

Rotted posts, rails and pickets came out bay by bay and fresh pressure-treated lumber went in, with the old boards and the broken concrete footings hauled off as we worked around the yard. Once the new wood had weathered enough to take finish, the whole run got one coat of rich cedar brown so the rebuilt bays read as part of the same fence.

Full Fence Line Stained Mahogany

Fence Painting & Staining 6 photos

An entire backyard fence line - gate, corners, slope and all - brought back with a deep mahogany stain, picket face and rail side alike. The bare weathered-gray fence still standing where the two properties meet shows exactly what the stain puts back.

Strip Center Storefront Repaint

Commercial Painting 5 photos

A tired retail strip taken from mismatched purple and yellow storefronts to one clean white exterior, end to end. Painted block, brick, siding and window shutters were all refinished across the full elevation while the tenants stayed open for business.

Whole-Home Interior Repaint in Warm Beige

Interior Painting 13 photos

Every room in this Columbia home was repainted the same warm beige, from the entry stairwell through the bedrooms, baths, walk-in closets and master suite. Ceilings, crown, trim, doors and closet interiors were all cut in clean, so the color runs unbroken from room to room.

Main-Level Repaint with Drywall Crack Repair

Interior Painting 7 photos

A hairline drywall crack was cut out and patched first, then the whole main level was repainted - foyer, dining room, kitchen and living room - in warm neutrals with bright white crown molding, chair rail, doors and baseboards over glossy oak floors.

Interior Repaint, New Plank Floors and Kitchen Refresh

Interior Painting 11 photos

A two-level interior turn: every room repainted in warm white, with greige trim and doors on the main level and new wood-look plank flooring run through the kitchen, living area and downstairs rooms. The carpeted stairs and upstairs bedrooms were freshened up, and the kitchen finishes it off with charcoal cabinets, a white subway backsplash and speckled counters.

Red Oak Hallway and Marble-Look Tile Floors

Flooring Installation 4 photos

Red oak strip flooring run the full length of the hallway and polished marble-look tile set through the living area out to the balcony doors, with the two surfaces meeting at a clean oak transition. Plastic sheeting taped along the walls kept the place clean until the last board went down.

Storage Containers Coated Gray

Commercial Painting 5 photos

Weathered cargo containers cleaned out, prepped and coated a uniform gray - faded factory paint, logos, stencils and surface rust all covered, doors, locking bars and hinges included. The result reads as purpose-built on-site storage instead of secondhand freight.

Commercial Suite Prepped for Spray Paint

Commercial Painting 5 photos

A tenant suite taken through full prep before a drop of paint went on: new drywall floated and sanded, block walls and surface conduit masked off, the whole floor covered and the airless sprayer staged and ready. This is the stage of a commercial repaint that decides how the finished walls look.

Apartment Turnover Painted in Gray

Interior Painting 4 photos

A full unit painted between tenants — entry, living room, kitchen and bath — in a clean gray that leaves the apartment bright and move-in ready. Careful cut-in around the baseboard heat, the wall AC sleeve, the kitchen cabinets and the original bath tile line.

Apartment Repaint in Warm Greige

Interior Painting 6 photos

Walls, ceilings, doors and trim repainted in a warm greige with a soft gray accent wall in the main room. Closet interiors and shelving went bright white to open the space up, and every edge was cut by hand around the existing tub surround, oak vanity and baseboard heat.
